If I Die, I Don't Mind

Drawing on themes of self doubt, a lack of self worth, and a desire to exceed all expectations “If I Die, I Don’t Mind” employs an array of overdriven guitar tones, rhythmic parts from a Hammond organ and hard hitting drums to show a darker side to Gold Spectacles’ pallet. This track coincides with the Sturgeon Moon and marks the tenth track in their full moon series. The series will conclude with the duo’s self-titled debut album.

“We wanted to write a song that embodies the adrenaline boost that comes as a result of making a life defining decision. As the chemicals kick in, your body goes into autopilot and anything can happen. In that moment, you are going to succeed or die trying.”
